Alaska Board of Game Delays 2020/2021 Call for Proposal Deadline
New Call for Proposal deadline: May 15, 2020.
Given complications associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the Alaska Board of Game (board) is
delaying its 2020/2021 Call for Proposals deadline to May 15, 2020.The board is seeking regulatory proposals for changes in the hunting and trapping regulations for the Central/Southwest Region (Game Management Units 9, 10, 11, 13, 14A, 14B, 16, and 17), Statewide Regulations 5 AAC Chapter 92, and Areas of Jurisdiction for Antlerless Moose Hunts 5 AAC 98.005. (See specific Statewide Regulations listed on the 2020/2021 Call for Proposals: www.adfg.alaska.gov/static/regulations/regprocess/gameboard/pdfs/2020-2021/call.pdf )

The revised deadline for proposals is Friday, May 15, 2020.

With current efforts to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the public is requested to not hand deliver
proposals to ADF&G offices. Proposals must be received by Friday, May 15, 2020 at the Boards
Support Section office in Juneau. A postmark is NOT sufficient for timely receipt.

The Board of Game proposal form is available at the Boards Support website, www.adfg.alaska.gov/
index.cfm?adfg=gameboard.proposal. Proposals are encouraged to be submitted online or by email.
The completed proposal form must contain a name, organization name as appropriate, telephone
number and address. Email addresses are appreciated.

Proposals received per the above “Call for Proposals” deadline will be considered by the Board of
Game at their Statewide Regulations meeting scheduled for March 2021 and the Central/Southwest
Region meeting in January 2021.
